Add-ons, when you need them
Turn each one on or off on your Plan tab in Anny Bot. You set the most it can cost.
- Voice calls (beta)
- $15 a month, with 60 minutes
- Visitors can talk to your assistant on a call from the chat. Each extra minute costs $0.25, up to the most that you choose.
- Extra chats
- $5 for each 100 chats
- For a busy month. Extra chats start after your plan's chats and 10% more free, up to the most that you choose.
When your chats run out, you still get every request
A chat is one visitor conversation with at least one message. Your own test chats are free.
- We email you when 80% of your chats are used, and again at 100%.
- You then get 10% more chats free. On Starter, that is 20 more.
- After that, you can allow extra chats, at $5 for each 100. You choose the most in a month.
- With extra chats off, visitors see your inquiry form instead of the chat. You still get every request.

What counts as a chat?
One visitor conversation with at least one message. A visitor who opens the chat and asks nothing does not count, and your own test chats do not count. Chats count by calendar month.
What happens when my chats run out?
We email you at 80% and at 100%. You then get 10% more chats free. After that, extra chats cost $5 for each 100, up to the most that you choose. With extra chats off, visitors see your inquiry form, so you still get every request.
How does the free trial work?
You enter your card when you start, and you pay nothing for 14 days. Cancel before then, and you pay nothing. Each company gets one free trial.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time, on your Plan tab in Anny Bot. The change is immediate, and Stripe adjusts your next invoice.
How do I cancel?
Select Manage billing on your Plan tab. Your plan stays on until the end of the month that you paid for.
What is a page of content?
One web page, one file, or one text that you add. Your Plan tab shows how many pages your content uses.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe, our payment provider, adds tax where it applies.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. We set up your assistant for $149, one time. Write to help@anny.ai.
I use Anny Rates. Is there a discount?
